Gigaset wrongly claims that this app is compatible with Windows 10. It is NOT compatible as it requires Netframe 2, which cannot be used with Windows 10. I've checked with Microsoft whether there is a workaround and there is not.
This is terrible software, absolutely useless. Launching its Bluetooth scan causes the pairing in the Mac Preferences/Bluetooth to disconnect from the handset every time. I have tried every known workaround multiple times, without success. It simply does not work. At least it is free! Uninstall and forget. Gigaset don't know how to develop software.
The Mac version is really hopeless. It's a real shame that Gigaset did not fix the software after the break from Siemens (which is not a software company).
I am able to make a bluetooth connection with my laptop to the handset of a brand new gigaset S685 IP, and there it ends, quicksync is unable to find my handset, nor can I transfer data from outlook 2007 to it, I am using windows XP. I couldn't find in the manual how to solve the problem........
this is the first time i use Gigaset quicksync... and i'was hoping that it will work properly with outlook 2007 and my new SL56... but it's not the case...
